No, we do not provide professional counseling services but will direct families to appropriate resources if requested

How does my family receive services from Circle of Hope?
Upon contact with a family, Circle of Hope will arrange a meeting to assess how we can best serve and meet your family’s unique needs
What area does Circle of Hope provide services?
We provide services to families living in the Madison County area
Do Volunteers undergo training?
Yes, our volunteers undergo extensive training, and if your child is hospitalized our volunteers are required to complete TB testing, and extensive training per hospital guidelines prior to working with your child. Volunteers are thoroughly trained on the unique needs of our clients and are required to inform Circle of Hope if they are sick or have been exposed to an illness which could affect our client’s. No volunteer is allowed in the home/hospital if they are sick or have been exposed to an illness.
Why should a family contact Circle of Hope?
We have been through similar circumstances and are here to help. Families may not even know how they need help or know what questions to ask. We will guide and support each family and work to fulfill each family’s needs.
